1. Overview

Baelohr’s Fantasy Forge is the online store and creative studio of dark fantasy artist Baelohr, offering original artwork, fine art prints, and private commissions. All artwork is created by Baelohr and signed digitally.

By purchasing from this site, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Product Descriptions

All artworks are described as accurately as possible. Please note:

• Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

• Sizes listed refer to paper dimensions, not frame size.

All artwork remains © Baelohr. Reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without explicit written permission.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless otherwise stated.

4. Fulfillment & Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

All prints are fulfilled by our trusted international partner Printseekers and shipped via FedEx with tracking.

Unframed Prints

• Shipped via FedEx Standard International

• Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days from dispatch
  

Framed Prints

• Shipped via FedEx Express International

• Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days from dispatch

Please note:

• These timeframes apply after printing and packaging, which typically takes 2–4 business days.

• Delays may occur during peak periods or customs processing.

• You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.
  
  

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom-printed and international nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

We will only replace items if they arrive:

• Damaged in transit, or

• Incorrectly fulfilled (e.g., wrong size, artwork, or framing caused by Printseekers or Baelohr)

To request a replacement, contact baelohrsfantasyforge@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

• A brief description of the problem
  

Important:

We do not provide replacements or refunds for:

• Incorrect size or item selected at checkout

• Change of mind

• Minor colour variation due to screen differences

• Shipping delays caused by postal services or customs
  

All sales are final once placed. Please review your selections carefully before confirming your order.

6. Order Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as print production may have begun.

7. Copyright & Use

All artworks (including commissions) are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Baelohr.

You may not resell, reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit any artworks without an explicitly purchased commercial license. This applies to both digital and physical artwork, including prints and commissioned pieces.

8. Commission Terms

8.1 What We Offer

Baelohr currently offers custom artwork commissions including:

• Fantasy character portraits (for D&D, Pathfinder, WoW, ESO, etc.)

• Goth/punk-inspired personalized portraits

• Pet portraits or dark memorial tributes

Commissions may be ordered directly via the website or discussed through the contact form.

8.2 Payment & Refunds

• Full payment is required upfront.

• Commissions are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• You will be notified when your commission begins production.
  
  

8.3 Timeline & Updates

• Turnaround time is typically 2 to 6 weeks, depending on workload.

• Delays may occur during holidays or peak periods.

• You’ll receive a progress update once your piece is underway.
  
  

8.4 Revisions

Each commission includes:

• Two (2) minor revisions

• Additional revisions may be quoted separately based on complexity

• No previews or concept sketches are provided before the first draft
  

8.5 File Delivery

Digital commissions include:

• 1 x PNG (300 DPI, 6000×8400 px) – suitable for printing

• 1 x JPEG (300 DPI, 6000×8400 px) – suitable for digital sharing

• 1 x Square PNG (1400×1400 px) – ideal for character sheets

• 1 x Token PNG (1000×1000 px) – ideal for tabletop platforms

Clients who purchase a physical print of their commission will also receive the above digital files.

8.6 Copyright & Usage

All commissioned artworks remain © Baelohr.

• Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., social media profiles, game tokens, personal printing)

• Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless a commercial license is arranged in advance

To request commercial usage (e.g., for books, branding, merchandise), contact: baelohrsfantasyforge@gmail.com prior to ordering.

8.7 Artist’s Right to Display

Baelohr reserves the right to:

• Display completed commissions in social media, portfolio, or marketing

• Decline any commission request at their discretion

Clients may request their commission remain private at the time of ordering.
