Who is Baelohr?

Baelohr is a dark fantasy artist based in Naarm (Melbourne), Australia. Specialising in gothic animal portraits, D&D characters, and personalised fantasy commissions.

What kind of prints do you offer?

All prints are professionally produced using archival pigment inks on museum-grade paper.

You can choose from:

• Framed or unframed fine art prints

• Sizes: A4, A3, A2 (unframed and framed available)

  
  

Each piece is printed to order, either locally or through our trusted international partner.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

• Unframed Prints ship via FedEx Standard International (4–7 business days from dispatch)

• Framed Prints ship via FedEx Express International (2–4 business days from dispatch)
  

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after printing. A tracking link will be sent to you upon dispatch.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the custom-printed and international nature of our products, all sales are final.

We only offer replacements if:

• Your item arrives damaged, or

• An error was made by our print partner (wrong size, artwork, or framing)
  

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Incorrect orders placed by the buyer (wrong size or format)

• Change of mind

• Minor colour differences due to screen variations

• Shipping delays outside our control
  

Please check your order carefully before placing it.

Do you take commissions?

Yes — Baelohr offers personalised fantasy commissions including:

• Original RPG character portraits (D&D, Pathfinder, WoW, ESO, etc.)

• Pet portraits with a gothic or mythic twist

• Dark or punk-styled custom portraits
  

You can order directly through the Commissions page or use the Contact Form to discuss your vision before ordering.

How do commissions work?

• Full payment is required upfront

• 2 minor revisions are included

• You’ll receive a progress update once your piece is underway

• Turnaround is typically 2–6 weeks, depending on workload
  

All commissions are delivered digitally in the following formats:

• 1x PNG (6000×8400px)

• 1x JPEG (6000×8400px)

• 1x Square PNG (1400×1400px)

• 1x Token PNG (1000×1000px)
  

If you also purchase a printed version of your commission, these files are included.

Can I use my commission commercially?

Commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.

If you’d like to use your commission for:

• Merchandise

• Publishing

• Branding/streaming

Will my commission be shared publicly?

Baelohr reserves the right to display completed commissions in:

• Online portfolios

• Social media

Do you offer wholesale or consignment?

Yes — Baelohr supplies prints to:

• Cafes, wine bars, restaurants
